Matt Moorehead

Matt “Pops” Moorehead is all about people, positivity, and a good time. Whether he’s chatting with customers, hitting the golf course, or cheering on the Razorbacks, Pops brings energy and joy wherever he goes. He’s recently picked up pickleball, proving you’re never too old to try something new! A man of deep faith, Pops loves Jesus and doesn’t miss an opportunity to share that love with others. His favorite time of year? Christmas—because it brings together everything he cherishes: faith, family, and a little holiday magic.

Ben is our general manager and all-around coffee guy—he keeps things running smooth and the espresso shots even smoother. A bookworm at heart, Ben loves reading, cooking up something tasty, and getting lost in good music. One of his favorite pastimes? Long walks with his wife and their puppy. While most people dream of summer, Ben thrives in the dead of winter—crisp air, quiet mornings, and hot coffee in hand.

Meet Callie—aka CJ—our head baker and resident ball of energy! When she’s not whipping up something delicious, she’s probably flying through a book (yes, she can finish one in a day!), catching a movie, or doing something active—whether it’s sports, hiking, or hitting the gym. She loves the cozy vibes of winter and the magic of Christmas. Just don’t ask her to walk near a storm drain… seriously.

Brennon is one of our talented baristas—and probably the only one you’ll meet who owns a cinnamon roll–loving donkey. When he’s not crafting your favorite drink, you’ll find him diving into his Bible, writing heartfelt songs, or playing the piano. A skilled thrifter with a great eye, Brannon loves the cozy charm of fall and brings calm, creativity, and a whole lot of character to our coffee crew

Ethan is our head roaster and the guy behind the perfect cup—every time. When he’s not roasting beans to perfection, he’s spending quality time with his favorite person: his wife. His favorite hobby? Ben (you’ll have to ask him about that one). A true fan of the 9–5 life, Ethan brings steady vibes, solid routines, and seriously good coffee to the table every day

David, our head of communications, brings the sunshine wherever he goes—probably because he grew up in Cancun! A lifelong lover of music, coffee, and all things beachy, he’s most at home with sand between his toes and a latte in hand. When he’s not playing pickleball or diving into the waves, he’s keeping our messaging sharp and our vibe on point. Summer is his season, and “chill” isn’t just a mood—it’s basically his brand.

Caytlee is creativity with a twist! A self-taught yodeler (yes, really), she picked up the skill to stand out in Branson shows—and it stuck. She’s a music lover with serious vocal talent, a paintbrush wizard who turns clothes into art, and a passionate home cook always stirring up something new. Her favorite season is fall, and she lives for all things Halloween—spooky vibes, cozy nights, and costume creativity. Caytlee brings heart, humor, and a whole lot of talent to everything she does.

Born in Hungary and raised across Europe, she’s a creative soul with a serious eye for beauty—both in her floral side hustle and in every thrift store treasure hunt. She’s a master of the lowball offer on Facebook Marketplace and isn’t afraid to chase a good deal (or a Bojangles biscuit). Her heart belongs to fall—cool weather, cozy vibes, and all the golden leaves. Hannah’s style, wit, and love for the little things make her a true original.
