A native to Little Rock, she loves bringing the world of coffee and creatives under one roof. Amy met her hubs, Reid, at Nexus over coffee and waffles! Together, they have a rescued coonhound named Riley. You’ll spot her most days talking about her favorite show, The Office, and dreaming up tons of new projects. Matt Moorehead

'You won’t find our “Shop Dad” on social media, but you will find him doing dishes and all things maintenance at the shop. He loves being everyone’s biggest cheerleader, learning a new skill, and teaching entrepreneurship business classes to prison inmates. He has a heart for ministry and people. Nona Pruitt

Nona is our head baker and oversees all things bakery and catering! She learned to bake from her mom and loves creating new and interesting creations, while sticking true to her homemade roots and style. Jake Coffman

Jake is our Branding & Marketing Manager and handles all things marketing for the shop, as well as managing our social media presence and our e-commerce efforts. Jake is also a freelance graphic designer, musician, and theatre junkie, as well as an expert on all things Gilmore Girls and Parks & Recreation. Drink: French Press (@jbcoffman)
Ethan Rowland
Head Roaster/Roastery & Wholesale Manager (roastery-wholesale@nexuscoffeear.com)
Ethan is our head roaster for the shop, and handles all of our coffee bean ordering and wholesale with our clients, as well as crafting our in-house blends and selecting our single-origin offerings. Drink: Iced Honey Lavender Latte
David Hernandez
Donor Relations Lead (donations@nexuscoffeear.com)
David is an extremely talented barista, and our Donor Relations Lead. Along with being our liaison for any donations, he is spearheading our burgeoning community and non-profit efforts with our new Collective Foundation. Outside of work, David enjoys camping and binging anything Marvel. Drink: Cuban
CJ Barnett

CJ is our Catering Communications Lead and a talented barista behind the bar! She assists our head baker, Nona, with all of her delicious treats, as well as communicating all of our catering needs. Drink: Chai Latte with Oatmilk
Hannah Aderholt

We are excited to welcome Hannah to the team! She is our new barista, as well as assisting with our community events and pop-up events. She is our in-house Spotify manager, and is always keeping the team up to date on pop culture. Lookalikes include Sandra Bullock, Margot Robbie, and Jessica Day. Drink: Apple Juice
Kim Moorehead
Retail & Vendor Lead
Kim is a lover of organizing and finding the perfect for someone, which makes her the best person to handle all of our local retail! She is a graduate of U of A, a recent graduate of the Charis Bible College, and the proud mother of two terrific kids. She strives to be a servant to others and helping people find what makes them happy!
